Dear Santa Clarita Valley,
First off i want to say thanks for cooperating with the fire department They probably appreciate it. I would also like to put something out there if theres anything that I personally can do to help your family in some way give me a message I can fill you in. With my home being threatened and fighting the fires, i know how it feels to see a home go down not just one b
ut two. I Saved so many houses and didn't get to some. I wish all the best of luck with your future stay safe and please remind your kids whta went wrong its the best thing for them so they know how to react in this situation.
it is best to have a plan that your Little children should know if ANYTHING were to go wrong what to do to help you guys and what to do when alone.
From a first hand experience I was little and i got scared and didn't know what to do but then my parents told me and i was fine.
